Ad Operations Coordinator

In This Role
You will support the advertiser sales and publisher business development teams by ensuring our client’s needs are met and campaigns are managed to their satisfaction. You will be responsible for managing the onboarding of advertisers to Wellput and maintaining those relationships through the following stages:
Pre Sales: Attend sales presentations, draft proposals, assist with contracts.
Campaign setup: Create and maintain all campaign-related objects in Airtable. Assist advertisers with conversion pixel installation and troubleshooting. Develop ad creative templates using AI tools with adherence to client’s specifications and campaign objectives.
Operations: Coordinate the rotation of ads and creative optimization. Manage campaign budgets to ensure appropriate pacing.
Performance optimization: Monitor placements and performance to identify areas for improvement and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
Communication: Coordinate reporting and keep relevant parties informed on the objectives and progress of the campaign.
Post Sales: Draft wrap-up reports for relevant parties, and communicate key learnings and next steps.
Required Skills And Experience:
Bachelor’s degree;
One year in advertising, with account management and/or client services experience;
Proficiency with email, spreadsheets, and CRM tools required;
Experience with Slack, Gmail, Airtable, Notion, Tableau, LinkedIn, PandaDoc, ChatGPT and Jasper.ai, are a plus;
Able to work remotely;
Takes ownership of projects;
Comfortable communicating key accomplishments;
A growth mindset (if you need to look it up don’t bother applying);
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail;
Ability to accept feedback positively;

Compensation: $50k-$75k Annually
